Proficient in interpersonal communication, talent acquisition, and data analytics, with a proven track record in optimizing onboarding processes and resolving complex workplace issues. Passionate about fostering a culture of growth and excellence, and eager to lead and support organizations aligned with a meaningful mission and vision. Nick spent his early career working in a variety of human service capacities including ABA therapy, residential and day treatment for youth and adults, and with individuals going through the aging process. This experience paired with education in healthcare administration led him to a career in Human Resources. Over the last few years, he has worked in and with a diverse group of colleagues within small and larger organizations to provide support, resources, and guidance. His goal as an HR professional is to ensure that all employees have the resources, skills, knowledge, and support to contribute to the best outcomes for individuals receiving services while seeking to ensure access to medically-necessary services through sustainable growth initiatives. He’s excited to be a part of and supporting an organization and employees working toward positive treatment outcomes across the services offered by SBBC. When not at work, he likes to spend time with his wife learning about behavior analysis or teaching her about Human Resources! They have a cat and a dog that keep them entertained and busy. They enjoy going on quick trips to new places whenever they can and are always looking for the next best place!
