About Nicholas Hodge

I am a Wealth Management Associate at McKenna Financial, Inc, where I help onboard new clients, handle account transfers, and submit paperwork to various insurance agencies. I am also pursuing my Master of Science in Business Administration, with a focus on Financial and Tax Planning, at San Diego State University (SDSU). I have a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from SDSU as well. My core competencies include business administration, finance, and interpersonal skills.In my current role, I work alongside our EA to file tax returns, meet with clients, and submit them via Intuit Lacerte Tax. I also learn the day-to-day business operations, such as credit card allocations, check deposits, annuity contracts, distributions, contributions, etc.Additionally, I serve as the Graduate Student Association President at SDSU, working with faculty and staff to ensure that graduate students are heard and supported by the university. I schedule events, meetings, and implement plans of action to achieve our goals of "GROWING TOGETHER" throughout the academic year. I am passionate about enhancing the graduate student experience, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture, and applying my financial and tax planning expertise to help clients achieve their financial goals.
