ABOUT ME: As a former U.S. Army Ranger and Military Officer, I have 10+ years of leadership and management experience. I have commanded organizations of 165+ personnel and lead staffs of 16+ personnel. I am skilled in leading cross-functional teams, staffs, operational planning, logistics management, and resourcing. I am experienced in coordinating with industry and government entities for various efforts including electronic warfare capabilities and program fieldlings for new equipment integrations. I conducted special operations in Afghanistan where my platoon and I earned 6 Bronze Stars and 7 Awards for Valor. Recently I have created the Sports Performance Department at Alvernia University where we train 31 NCAA and Intercollegiate Teams and 800+ student-athletes. I instruct a graduate-level science course: Evidence-Based Performance Enhancement. In my spare time, I am a sponsored ultra-endurance athlete who competes in adventure races ranging from 8 -72 hours and 56-230+ miles in distance.
