About Nicholas Jaime

Building smarter logistics by day, sustainable homestead by night—powered by people, process, and continuous improvement.I’m a Manager who focuses on making logistics smarter and teams stronger. In regional trucking, I streamline dispatch, optimize our TMS software, TruckMate by Trimble, and use AI and automations to clear away the repetitive work so people can focus on what really moves the business forward.I’m currently pursuing my PMP certification to deepen my project management expertise and position myself for larger, more strategic opportunities. I believe in combining structure with flexibility—building processes that drive results while keeping people at the center.Outside of work, I help run Blazing Bear Homestead in Peshtigo, WI, where my amazing wife and I raise goats, craft handmade soaps, and host agritourism experiences on our homestead. It’s a mix of business and creativity that keeps me grounded and forward-thinking.I enjoy working with people, solving complex problems, and building sustainable systems—whether that’s in logistics, automation, or business growth.
