About Nicholas John Ahern

Nick is a Senior Program Manager on the Stellantis account where he manages the design and construction process of new and renovated Stellantis dealerships throughout the Southeast and Southwest regions of the United States. Nick’s current responsibilities include day-to-day management of project stakeholders, general contractors, architects, and vendors, to ensure facilities comply with the branding standards Stellantis requires. Nick leverages CBRE's first-class platform and services to ensure accuracy, speed to market, consistency, and brand recognition across all projects. Prior to joining the Project Management division, Nick began his career at CBRE as a Research Coordinator where his responsibilities included preparing statistical and analytical reports detailing market trends and forecasting market conditions, updating data to provide current and accurate market information, assisting sales professionals with the preparation and production of client presentations and reports, and updating internal and external databases to yield accurate property information. After his time in Research Nick moved into an Associate position in CBRE's Brokerage department. During his time in Brokerage, Nick focused on Detroit’s Industrial property market where he successfully represented landlords and tenants through Leasing and Sales transactions over a three-year period. With his excellent communication skills and ability to implement procedures and structure, Nick has consistently maintained client satisfaction and has been able to increase operating efficiencies across all of his projects during his tenure.
