About Nicholas Keyzer

My professional career began upon graduating from Grand Valley State University's Hospitality and Tourism Management program where I also received a minor in General Business. I graduated Magna Cum Laude while also participating in multiple industry centered internships to help me prepare for my future professional career. Since, I have spent two years in a managerial role, first, as an Event Manager overseeing all aspects of events, and next as a Building Director where I got the chance to implement our teams’ vision for what both the event venue and building as a whole could be. I have always prided myself on being someone who is hard working, selfless, honest, and communicable. I strive to find the best in people no matter the situation and will always work towards growing lasting relationships with my colleagues. I pride myself on being able to work with people from all walks of life and cultures. I'm a fantastic team player who is flexible and timely which helps me when working under stressful situations. I have over five years of customer service experience, and three plus years of management experience. As I continue my career in the hospitality and tourism field, I hope to gain knowledge and experience through my future career endeavors.
