About Nicholas Lacombe

I am currently pursuing my bachelor's degree in Business Analytics at the University of North Texas's G. Britt Ryan College of Business. I expect to graduate in May 2023 and am pursuing a career in business or data analytics. During my time at UNT, I have developed a strong understanding of Excel based analytics and have developed a general skillset in HTML, CSS, R, and SQL. I have 10+ years of experience working in retail and customer service environments. This experience has taught me how to properly communicate with a variety of personality types, improved my multi-tasking and time management skillset, and fortified my patience and discipline from handling customer service escalations. I have progressed to a leadership role in each of my jobs due to my ambition for more responsibilities, understanding of procedures, communication techniques, and training and development skillset. I believe these traits can translate to type of work environment and are an important part of makes me a strong employee.
