I am seeking a new opportunity to leverage my expertise in legal case management, system administration, and policy development to deliver high-quality results for clients and stakeholders while learning new skills. With well over 5 years of experience in the personal injury legal industry, I have successfully managed a caseload of 100+ pre-litigation personal injury cases, handling client communication, liability investigation, insurance and asset research, medical management, demand letter writing, and settlement negotiations, while also serving as a subject matter expert, systems administrator, and business operations liaison. I also served on the internal implementation team for Fasig|Brooks' CMS transition from TrialWorks to Litify and lead the implementation to transition from Litify to Filevine, LeadDocket and DOMO. I continue to serve a supporting role by enhancing workflows, building reports, modifying system templates, modifying and creating merge document templates, and providing guidance on best practices.
