In a rapidly advancing technological landscape, the line between the present and the future blurs. This exhilarating pace drives my passion: harnessing modern technology to shape the future of surveying and engineering.As the Survey Manager at Construction Survey Technologies, Inc (CSTi), I apply a diverse skill set to lead projects, guide teams, and ensure exceptional outcomes. My responsibilities span- Coordinating field and office activities for up to nine team members- Orchestrating planning and scheduling meetings- Managing the QA/QC of diverse geospatial data from tools like GNSS, Conventional, photogrammetry, terrestrial lidar, and more- Crafting standard and bespoke deliverables for varied projects while ensuring their accuracy and quality.Further, I actively participate in CSTi's strategic planning, from researching new tools and methodologies, to offering collaborative insights for company policies, to ensuring regulatory compliance at all governmental levels.Before joining CSTi, I honed my skills in the field and office surveying in the Permian Basin oil fields in Southeast New Mexico and West Texas.My academic foundation was laid at New Mexico State University, where I secured a Bachelors of Science in both Surveying Engineering and Civil Engineering Technology, graduating with the highest honors. My academic journey also took me to Dona Ana Community College, earning an Associates degree in Civil/Survey Technology and certificates in GIS and Architectural Technology. My dedication is further underscored by passing the NCEES's Fundamentals of Surveying (FS) exam.While I'm deeply immersed in surveying, I aim to acquire both my PS and PE licenses. The convergence of technology with surveying, engineering, and construction captivates me.
