About Nicholas Mathew

I work with healthcare systems, governments and public sector organisations to deliver large scale transformation - helping leaders improve performance, navigate complexity and deliver better outcomes. Healthcare systems and other government services are under increasing pressure - but the challenge is rarely just funding or strategy. It's how organisations are designed, led and aligned to deliver at scale. People in these organisations need to feel empowered, trusted and able to deliver. My background spans healthcare, defence and government, giving me a practical perspective on leading transformation in complex, high-stakes environments.I have extensive experience and time spent in the Middle East and Australia supporting national level transformation initiatives. My earlier RAF career as fast jet navigator, Qualified Weapons Instructor and officer, helped develop a strong ability to learn quickly, operate in ambiguous environments and to lead and inspire teams.
