My extensive experience in various industries provides me with a unique skill set that is highly beneficial in fast-paced and diverse environments. In my current position, I support the IRM department by encouraging, creating, and fostering relationships with new and current investors. The EB-5 opportunity is amazing for families that can participate and to the community that benefits from approved projects. My previous role required meticulous planning and an ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances. EB-5 is no different. As an IRM we work hand and hand with the investor, attorney, and project teams to ensure compliance and the ultimate goal of U.S. citizenship through job producing investments in targeted employment areas all around the U.S. What sets me apart is my ability to wear multiple hats and excel in various roles, all while maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude. I take great pride in my ability to seamlessly hand off responsibilities to others, enabling them to succeed without feeling any resentment or reluctance. My focus is always on contributing to the success of the organization and supporting the growth of those around me. I have always approached my career with a sense of purpose, looking for ways to be useful to the group or organization and making meaningful contributions before moving on to new challenges.
