About Nicholas McQueen

I have a Bachelor of Technology in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance degree from Strayer University. Since April 2023, I have been working as an Information Technology Help Desk at HealthPoint (CHC), a leading provider of quality health care services to underserved communities. My core competencies include technical support, Windows server, and virtual private network (VPN). In my current role, I provide remote and onsite assistance to HealthPoint's staff and clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware, software, network, and security. I also support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of various systems and devices, such as desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and credit card terminals. Additionally, I have experience in conducting mass Windows 10 deployment, upgrading over 800 devices using KVM switches and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, as well as configuring critical hospital infrastructure, such as surgical workstations and PACS workstations. I am passionate about enhancing the IT capabilities and security of HealthPoint, and I value collaboration, innovation, and customer satisfaction. I believe I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as well as multiple certifications in security, PC, and network from TestOut Corporation.
