About Nicholas Moe

As a Safety Specialist at Crystal Finishing Systems, Inc, a top provider of coating and finishing solutions for diverse industries, I am also a Graduate Safety Practitioner (GSP). With a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology Management focused on Occupational Safety Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. As a Safety Specialist, I work with management and employees to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, develop and implement emergency action plans, conduct safety audits and hazard assessments, and provide training and guidance on safety best practices. I have also gained valuable experience as a Safety Intern at Wisconsin Homes Inc, where I helped with the development of various safety programs and policies. Additionally, I have a background in property management, where I communicated with other partners on financial decisions and managed properties through the stages of selective demolition to finish carpentry. I am passionate about creating a safe and healthy work environment for everyone, and I believe that I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team. I am eager to learn from others and contribute to the organization's culture and goals.
