About Nicholas Moore

Hi, I'm Nicholas and I am a recent graduate of the University of North Texas and current Customer Service Supervisor within the university's Transportation Services Department. I completed my Bachelor's in Communication Studies with a minor in Social Sciences/Philosophy. My experience here includes administration within higher education including direct daily supervision of multiple teams, hiring and training processes, as well as data analysis and project implementation. Daily tasks include parking and transportation management for a campus of students and the enforcement of university parking rules and regulations. I have worked to implement a scheduled maintenance program for our large vehicle fleet in order to better track vehicle issues and improve budgeting around said problems. I have also worked utilizing university data systems to implement a tracking system that helps track how many passengers utilize our evening transportation services as well as how to better service the specific student demographics who utilize the service the most. I also have multiple years of experience in both sales and retail, including a focus around account management and implementation, departmental organization and inventory, as well as small team supervision.
