Background

About Nicholas Neves

As an introverted, deadline-driven, analytically-minded individual, I enjoy putting in the hard work behind the scenes to reliably accomplish goals against strict deadlines. I work best in structured environments and am a firm believer success happens when rules and standards are in place and followed. My Father always told me “organization is the key to productivity” and that mantra has stuck with me throughout my life. I enjoy improving processes while streamlining tasks and find inner peace when things work as they should. I enjoy striving towards a common goal among a tight-knit team and naturally look for areas of consensus over conflict. I tend to put others’ needs before my own and will never turn down a request to help a teammate. I enjoy connecting with like-minded professionals to share expertise, networking connections, and opportunities. Feel free to connect with me on LinkedIn.
