About Nicholas Ong

Nicholas is a passionate and driven revenue management and distribution professional with over 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He began his hospitality career at STR, a benchmarking company, where he gained a deep understanding of the hotel industry and the importance of making data-driven decisions. As an OUE Limited scholar, a real estate developer that owned and managed Mandarin Orchard Singapore, Nicholas gained in-depth experience in key aspects of hotel operations, including front office, F&B, and revenue management. He then progressed to overseeing end-to-end revenue management and distribution processes for the hotel during the COVID-19 pandemic. Nicholas also worked in the pre-opening commercial office to convert the property to Hilton Singapore Orchard, the flagship and largest Hilton property in APAC. In this role, he gained valuable experience in the pre-opening phase of a hotel, setting up revenue management and distribution strategies to emerge from the pandemic successfully. In his current role at Frasers Hospitality, Nicholas focuses on engaging with technology partners and training properties to ensure that properties worldwide have the best-in-class technology and knowledge to optimize their topline.
