About Nicholas Palmer

Growing up is one thing all people must learn is essential for accomplishing goals in life. But, certainly there is not one time in an individual's life where they can claim they "grew up". Age does not dignify maturity, prestige or wisdom. Those three components of success are derived from an individual's compassion and intuition to make a change in their life. What is success? This is the great question many seem to have difficulty contemplating because all individuals view ideas differently. Over the course of my life thus far I have experienced many different cultural remedies that show the diverse nature of the idea of success. From monetary gain to public good, success is driven by the idea of what does one want to leave as a legacy for the generations to come after them? For myself, success is not a direction one can set with a compass, but more importantly success is a mindset woven together by experience and a realization of what is important in life. Achievement is not a thought found in the future but is a formulation of how to make use of what is in the present. It is the fabrication of how can an individual take what he/she has and create what he/she wishes to have. Experience in research, sales, marketing and customer service in addition to having a talent for team building and competitiveness has provided myself with the necessary skills and qualifications of different positions as well as personal development. Ultimately, my goals are to bring innovation to the real estate market in order to promote and expand new ways of creating profits and guaranteeing both company credibility and client satisfaction. Success in my mind, involves helping others find shelter for their families. My compassion for design and love for serving the community drives my desire to not only build businesses but also build families.
