I've worked years in production environments, as well as a little bit of remodeling and general construction. started learning maintenance around 2014 working in a flour mill, replacing motors, blower pumps, vacuum pumps, little bit of electrical. helped set up plc cabinets and ran wires and conduit. started using extruder machines working at Northrop Grumman, then moved onto admiral beverage to further delve into maintenance. I work on hydraulic molding machines, blowmolding machines, high pressure air compressors, sidel labelers, fixed plumbing issues, ran new water lines to equipment, built offices. maintenance is something I enjoy doing, it's never the same thing every day and it requires outside of the box thinking and oftentimes fabrication from scratch. currently looking to shift from maintenance and production to systems administrator and I.T.
