Nick is currently working in the Disability Sector leading a large scale operations and service delivery team as Chief Operating Officer responsible for a P&L in excess of $300M. With over a decade of experience in the Disability sector along with non-for-profit expertise and an extensive background in community services, Nick brings deep knowledge to large scale service delivery operations and especially large scale transformations including the transformation of people and culture, operating models and the customer experience. A people and customer focused leader, Nick works with the human element to understand how to accelerate change and high levels of individual and team performance A transformation master who leads teams through organisational restructures to better align to strategic aspects of organisational growth. Being involved in large scale service delivery with the complexities of a community and social impact lens has provided Nick with acute insights in how to best approach workforce planning and engagement for the benefit of staff and the customers experience. Stakeholder Management and engagement are the keys to Nick’s success as he is able to navigate any situational landscape and organisational eco-system to deliver outstanding results for all stakeholder groups. Nick’s ability to simplify the complex allows his team to literally get on with the tasks at hand and not be distracted. Always with an eye on the horizon Nick plots his teams course with the crisp destination guiding the pathway to growth. A ‘can do’ attitude ensures Nick’s leadership style embraces diversity and he is strongly inclusive.
