I am a passionate and dedicated designer who thoroughly enjoys technology. I take great pride in my work and my team. I always look for the best in individuals while encouraging them in a direction based on their strengths. I enjoy helping people grow and teaching new skills to other designers and I find understanding another individual's thought processes extremely interesting since in the design world there are always multiple solutions and methods to solve a problem. I have extensive knowledge of packaging and print. I also have a great deal of knowledge regarding social media and campaign management. I understand the value of analytics in preparation and planning for a multitude of campaigns and how they can all work together to form one common goal. I strongly believe that proper planning is crucial to any task whether it be design or simply recording data. I am always on the lookout for a solution that benefits everyone. I have a good understanding of computers and the Windows operating system and have built multiple custom computers for myself and others. I have a good understanding of common and desirable aspects of products in terms of audio, mouse, keyboards and most things technology-related and I enjoy the process of creating brands. I have good experience with designing and executing exhibition stands for Events like Rage2019 and Comicon as well as all related marketing collateral. Working with marketing managers and coordinators from brands like RAZER, Turtle Beach, and many others has given me a good feel when it comes to working with international parties. Working with brands like Volkano, Switched and Amplify has exposed me to large-scale operations in terms of artwork creation, and coordination and has imparted me with the understanding of the importance of accurate data and how operations and methods can be streamlined for a more efficient art department. I have found a desire to acquire 3D skills and have completed a basic Blender course to assist me when coming up with concepts for packaging, point-of-sale units or even exhibition stands. I enjoy challenging and complex work and I believe consistency and hard work are the keys to empowering a brand, a company and oneself.
