About Nicholas Ryan

As a senior biology student at the University of San Diego I hope to use my skills and lessons learned to work in sustainability and coastal conservation. Throughout my time in University, I gained valuable skills including time management, patience, and perseverance. I have been a campus recreation employee for the duration of my time at USD and was promoted to student coordinator. In this role I gained leadership experiences and skills. I also served as a college corps fellow for three years where I worked in climate action gaining connections and experiences in this field. I have a devotion to the ocean being an avid surfer, paddleboarder, fishermen, and diver. I am also an offroad enthusiast. I love to work on cars and trucks, with experience on oil changes, brakes, and transmissions.
