About Nicholas Sargent

I’ve spent the past several years working in professional roles where leadership, people development, and innovation were central to my work. Alongside that career, I’ve been exploring how technology, creativity, and community can intersect to create meaningful change. In 2025, I’m making a major transition: moving to The Pearl, an intentional eco-village in Mississippi. This step reflects my commitment to sustainability, conscious living, and the belief that thriving communities can be built on shared purpose rather than individual accumulation. At The Pearl, I’m engaging in community development, regenerative practices, and collaborative living. My focus is on building systems that track what truly matters—connection, resilience, creativity, and well-being—rather than just traditional economic measures. I’m also an author and dreamwork practitioner, weaving together years of recorded dream journals into books that explore inner growth, imagination, and new ways of seeing our place in the world. I’m especially interested in conversations and collaborations around: • Intentional communities and eco-village models • Sustainable living and regenerative practices • AI and future economies beyond GDP metrics • Dreamwork, creativity, and personal transformation For me, moving to The Pearl is not just about where I live, but about aligning how I live with the values I hold.
