I’ve always been fascinated by the intersection between creativity and structure, discovering how vision turns into reality. Whether helping launch YouTube Premium or co-founding Kaya AI, my career has centered around solving complex challenges, blending innovation with strategy, and creating meaningful impact. The construction industry is at a turning point. 75% of the world’s infrastructure needed by 2050 hasn’t been built yet, but the world can’t continue to build the same way we have for the last 25 years. Delays, inefficiencies, and fragmented processes have become the norm, costing billions annually and resulting in massive material waste. At Kaya AI, we’re building AI-powered tools that help teams take their existing workflows and add a layer of automation, streamlined communication, and AI-powered intelligence to identify and address supply chain issues before they create massive delays. KayaAI ultimately delivers an agile, cost-efficient, and more sustainable approach to projects from start to finish. Before Kaya AI, I spent 11 years at Google, helping launch brand new products and businesses at the company, including YouTube Premium, YouTube Originals, and live sports. As Global Head of Brand Strategy and Operations, I was responsible for deeply understanding our customers and then using those insights to help inform what the company should build and develop strategies that reached billions of users. These experiences taught me how to balance creativity and structure, grow global audiences, and deliver results at scale. I’m passionate about everything related to behavioral economics, supply chain, construction media, entertainment, technology, and social impact. I love structured and strategic experimentation with batshit crazy ideas, learning from them, and pushing boundaries to create the next version, be it v2, v3, v4, or beyond. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on exploring these crazy ideas and learning through experimentation. I’m also proud to have been named one of the 2016 Forbes 30 Under 30 in Hollywood & Entertainment, recognizing my work in helping to democratize creativity at Google / YouTube. Whether launching a platform or building a team, I live for the collaboration between media, technology, and purpose. What excites me most now is helping an industry as vital as construction become more efficient and sustainable.
