About Nicholas Shanklin

As a Project Manager specializing in enterprise performance and supply chain optimization, I bring over 4 years of experience delivering high-impact results in complex, fast-paced environments. My expertise spans agile project management, systems engineering, risk analysis, and data-driven strategy execution. I’m adept at aligning cross-functional teams, managing multi-stakeholder collaboration, and leveraging tools like SQL, MATLAB, and JIRA to drive operational efficiency. I’ve led Department of Defense supply chain initiatives and enterprise performance projects at Deloitte, managing $100K+ budgets, improving compliance, and boosting supply chain reliability by 25%. I hold an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Morgan State University. My technical foundation was shaped further at Northrop Grumman, where I contributed to satellite and antenna system performance improvements and co-authored a research publication on peer-to-peer energy trading. I value teamwork, transparency, and innovation. I thrive in roles where I can bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy. What matters most to me is driving meaningful impact—whether it's through mentoring, stakeholder alignment, or creating scalable solutions that last. I believe in leading with integrity and continuously learning to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry. Let’s connect!
