Nicholas (Nick) Small is VP Global Operations & Asset Management for Cisco Capital, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cisco Inc. in this role he brings over 20 years of industry experience to bear on oversight of Cisco Capital's Global Operations and Cisco Refresh. Areas of expertise: • Equipment leasing • Vendor finance programs • Operations/Call center management • Technology management and implementation • Financial Accounting Prior to this role, Small served as Managing Director of CIT's US Equipment Finance business. after serving as interim Managing Director for CIT Vendor Finance Europe and Chief Operations Officer for CIT Global Vendor Finance. Previously at CIT, he was Director of Shared Services, overseeing the consolidation of the technology and service platforms of various entities into one operation. Prior to this role, Small resided in Ireland and was the Controller for the European financial accounting functions, including the centralization of the Finance platform to Dublin, Ireland. His initial years with CIT were spent as the CFO of Vendor Finance, US. Nick has held positions with Ernst & Young as a Certified Public Accountant in the Audit Group, Becton Dickinson as a Manager in Treasury Operations, and Bristol Myers Squibb as Manager of External Reporting.
