About Nicholas Sorice

Currently I am entering my third year at SUNY Geneseo. After a precocious childhood filled with honors and the constant reminder of my "potential," I found my self adrift and directionless in the semi-adult world of college. Not used to the freedom and self discipline of the college world, and unsure of what I really wanted to do, my college beginnings were undeniably rocky. However, a realization that podcasting and radio have been my true passions since childhood, when my closest friends were the hosts of the slew of podcasts I absorbed every day, has given me a direction for my potential. As a Communications major and active member of Geneseo's radio station, WGSU, I am eager to begin collecting experience in the real world of broadcasting and am actively seeking internship opportunities for the summer of 2017. I live within a short train ride from NYC, and am willing to commute for any position.
