About Nicholas Swerdloff

Nick spent his formative years as a resident of Florida, but fell in love with the Commonwealth while attending Liberty University. He lived in Central Virginia for several years, but recently relocated to his hometown of Orlando, FL to be closer to family. As an up-and-comer in the mortgage industry, Nick never loses sight of our goal to love and value people. His priority is to ensure that our borrowers can move into the home of their dreams with as little delay as possible. He enjoys working with his borrowers and is available through every step of the loan process. Nick chose Movement because of our dedication to excellence and putting our borrowers first. When not originating loans, Nick is an Airline Transport Pilot for a large US air carrier, with over hours of flight ranging from teaching new pilots to providing important supplies to rural Alaskan villages. He and his lovely wife Octavia live in Winter Park with their two cats, Halle Berry and Tallulah Mae. They enjoy traveling or spending time in the great outdoors.
