With over five years of experience in the real estate industry, I am a Sales & Leasing Manager at Chiu Teng Group, where I manage various commercial and industrial projects, such as CT Hub, CT Hub 2, 9@Tagore, The Alexcier, One Commonwealth, E-Centre, The Creek, and conservation shophouses. My core competencies include strategic planning, marketing strategy, people management, and tenant relations. I have successfully increased the occupancy rate of the projects under my charge from 52% to 86.5% within a year, despite the challenging market conditions due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the Singapore Circuit Breaker 2020. I have also secured a 98% tenant-retention rate, thanks to my strong communication and negotiation skills, and my ability to build rapport and trust with clients and agents.My mission is to deliver value and quality to the tenants and the company, by providing them with optimal solutions and services that meet their needs and expectations. I work closely with agencies such as ERA, Propnex, Huttons, and Colliers, to market and promote the projects, and to ensure a smooth and efficient leasing process. I also collaborate with internal teams, such as the property management, finance, and legal departments, to coordinate and execute the leasing contracts and agreements.My field of expertise is in leasing commercial and industrial properties, especially those that offer flexible and innovative spaces for businesses and entrepreneurs. I have a keen eye for identifying and attracting potential tenants, and a creative mind for designing and implementing effective marketing campaigns and strategies.
