I architect, launch, and grow startups across SaaS, gaming, and corporate innovation. I'm the founder of Xterium, a mobile RTS game set in deep space. We’re a 3-person indie team, and we've grown it to $11K MRR in revenue and DAU, all from in-game premium resources. In parallel, I’m solopreneuring hard — aiming to launch a startup a month to push the limits of what no-code can achieve-IdeaProof.io – an AI-powered business validator that helps you go from idea to market sizing and business plan in minutes -Hourably.com – time tracking and billing made simple for consultants and agencies -(and more in the works.) On the corporate side, I work at Cariplo Factory, one of Italy’s leading innovation hubs, where I’ve led and supported projects with ENI, Snam, Terna, Novartis, AstraZeneca, and others — driving open innovation strategies, design thinking workshops, startup scouting, and venture client programs. I'm also Venture Architect for Maritime Ventures, the first vertical venture builder dedicated to maritime and port logistics. Backed by CDP, Intesa Sanpaolo, Fincantieri, and PSA Italy, we’re on a mission to launch 10 new B2B/B2C startups in 3 years.
