I am a civil construction professional with a strong background in project delivery, leadership, and pre-construction planning at WEM Civil. I began my career with WEM in 2016 as a Graduate Site Engineer, where I gained hands-on experience across a range of roles including site and project management, business development, and stakeholder engagement.Over the years, I’ve worked closely with project teams to deliver complex civil construction works across Greater Sydney. In 2023, I stepped into the role of Construction Manager, leading multiple project teams across Sydney’s northwest region and overseeing delivery performance, safety, and team coordination.I now working as the General Manager for the Pre-Construction Team, drawing on my on-site experience and technical knowledge to support early project planning, cost forecasting, constructability reviews, and value-engineering outcomes. I enjoy working collaboratively with clients, consultants, and internal teams to set projects up for success from the outset.I have strong communication skills and relationship-driven approach, which help build trust with project teams, clients, and stakeholders. I’m particularly passionate about community engagement and ensuring construction projects are clearly understood, well-managed, and delivered with positive outcomes for all involved.
