About Nicholas Watson
Following University and my own experience, I co-founded Bennet James Limited in September 2014. Bennet James Ltd. is a small, bespoke, residential Real Estate company currently controlling of unleveraged assets within Central London, and is rapidly expanding. Our mission is to create affordable, beautiful homes for sale through targeting and developing poorly utilised residential properties. Through careful asset selection, management and design our developments attain a minimum 15% profit margin, with previous projects comfortably exceeding this. Prior work includes; converting a light industrial unit in Victoria Park, East London into a four bedroom home, and completely renovating and extending a Victorian terraced home in Barnes, South West London.
