About Nicholas Weidle

I am a servant leader who believes in calling people into growth by speaking the truth with love, while still holding people accountable to predefined expectations. My passion for processes drives me to learn the why of systems, giving me meaningful insight for troubleshooting and rebuilding. This is both for manufacturing processes and for business processes.I have recently been consumed with two ideas.'Shop local' is more than a crunchy mom saying. The profits from local small businesses pour into the community in ways that corporate profits do not.Employment multipliers are a powerful byproduct of local manufacturing. For every one manufacturing job made (or kept) at least five other jobs in the community are needed. This has a cascading effect as those created jobs include suppliers, servicers, distributors, and more, which in turn builds additional need for grocers, home servicers, and more.We ought to strive to connect local problems with local solutions.
