Background
About Nicholas Wells
For over 16 years I have been working on ways to improve the tools the different branches of the Canadian and UK Forces have at their disposal. I enjoy working on difficult problems and excel at finding solutions to those problems. I like finding new ways to tackle old problems especially when I get an opportunity to learn something new. I have developed automated test racks for hardware and firmware verification and validation and have uncovered potential risks earlier in the development cycle than more traditional test methods would have discovered. I enjoy designing automated solutions to interesting and difficult problems. I have a wide range of skills including general systems engineering experience, specialty RF and hardware experience, and test automation for both hardware and firmware applications. I am at home in the lab, whether it is prototyping a circuit, soldering, modifying circuit cards, or taking measurements on a wide variety of test equipment.
