As an experienced ICT Technician, I have provided technical support and systems administration to various K-12 schools including the St Philip's Christian Education Foundation and Shore. In my current role at St Philip's Christian College Cessnock, I provide technical assistance to staff and students in maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems, hardware, and software around the college. My expertise includes managing network infrastructure, Apple MDM, maintaining IT inventory, and providing training on various hardware and software in an education environment. Prior to my experience in IT support, I worked as a Production Technician where I gained experience in managing and operating audio, visual, and lighting equipment for live events. I am a highly motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for modern technology. My experience and expertise have equipped me with the skills necessary to provide efficient and effective technical support to organisations.
