I believe in the whole term of Inclusion and not the inclusion that excludes. I help people see their identities as strengths and explain the purpose/importance of DEI. I truly believe if employees are happy, then production will be beneficial to the employees, the company and the clients - in that order. Happiness starts within, so the question is how does this radiate from employee to client. DEI is the beginning. Director of Diversity - Facilitate meetings with divisions, leadership, and all constituents connected to the community. Encourage positive diverse environments by implementing DEI programs, inviting speakers, send people to appropriate seminars/training and teach/model the meaning of inclusion. Teaching core subjects - Grade papers - Keep grading records up to do date - Distribute homework - Clean materials. Specialties: DEI speaking, presentations, and teaching. Executive Administrator Assistant - Correspond with several levels of management. Organize executives days, reconcile expense reports, keep line of communication between executives and employees.
