About Nichole Roberson

I am a administrative professional with extensive experience in litigation support and non-profit organizations. I am experienced in utilizing and updating databases, developing content and social media strategy, auditing, payroll and invoicing. I am highly skilled in social listening, social monitoring, advanced administrative duties and monitoring analytics. I have a passion for developing social media strategy particularly for religious organizations that struggle with incorporating social media into their evangelism methods. My experience working in government contracting has trained me to follow the numbers and has developed my love of creating organizational systems that encourage efficacy and purpose. I was the 2018 MVP Award recipient from Riva Solutions for outstanding achievement and was a 2021 recipient of an outstanding achievement award from The Department of Justice's Environmental and Natural Resources Department. My administrative experience has had a heavy role in developing my need for organizational structure and systems. I am a self-starter, highly intuitive to the needs of those around me and I have a hunger to learn new things anytime the opportunity presents itself.
