About Nici Watson

Born in Jackson Hole, and spent my high school years in Tucson. Now live in a beautiful small town in the mountains above Medford Oregon. I am a former Kitchen Designer and finishing up my interior design certification. Designing beautiful spaces is my favorite hobby. But I love retail. I love the fast pace and ever changing environment. I previously owned Poppy’s Hobbies, a small craft store where we manufactured our own craft kits. In edition to our small retail location, we had an incredibly successful subscription box. We had the honor of being one of the top selling subscription boxes on CrateJoy, and we ranked in the top ten in Care.com’s gift giving guide. I truly believe my number one priority is to serve my team in anyway possible, so their number one priority can be the customer. I have a huge passion for training and creating effective training solutions that give me team tools for success.
