About Nick Acevedo

My father instilled in me the fascination of taking things apart and understanding how they work. Whether he was renovating the house or working on the family car, I was always fascinated by the complex details in common household electrical wiring, an automotive brake system or simply taking apart a household appliance to see how it works. I feel those early experiences explain why I am drawn to utilizing data analytic skills in developing solutions. My experience as a real estate professional gave me the opportunity to utilize my problem-solving skills to almost every facet of the real estate industry. Additionally, my proficiency in computer programming and data sciences allowed me to analyze large swaths of data and develop automated solutions for time sensitive projects. I specialize in portfolio data analysis, real estate valuation, underwriting, financial analysis, real estate loan valuation, corporate real estate, compliance support and high-performance teaming.
