Nick Ansay is a dynamic real estate professional with a passion for innovation, community, and the arts. As a real estate agent at Powers Realty Group, Nick specializes in new construction, guiding clients through the new construction process from start to finish. In addition to their work in real estate sales, Nick serves as the Chief Real Estate Officer at Ansay Development, where he helps the team navigate the nuances of new construction homes and brings fresh, forward-thinking ideas to the table.Beyond real estate, Nick is the Logistics Director at Ansay International, managing the importation of products from Luxembourg and Chile, ensuring vendors remain compliant with FDA regulations as well as local and federal laws.Before his time in the working world, Nick earned a degree in Criminology and Law Studies with a minor in Gender and Sexuality Studies from Marquette University, after beginning his undergraduate career at High Point University. During his time at Marquette, Nick was the head of the Gender and Sexuality Alliance and was on the committee to bring the first ever Pride Prom to Marquette University. Nick’s commitment to meaningful dialogue and community growth continues with his involvement with several boards, including Paint on Port—a vibrant initiative that brings murals and powerful conversations to downtown Port Washington! A newly elected Board Member to Gallery 224, which is fostering vibrant conversations and creating community connections! Finally, Nick is also apart of Marquette University’s School of Arts and Sciences Influentials, which works to elevate the future of liberal arts education.A lifelong lover of the arts, Nick’s background in high school drama ignited his belief that art can be a powerful medium for connection and conversation. Today, Nick continues to champion art as a vital tool for community engagement and social reflection.
