Working in IT Support and Services affords me opportunities a plenty to work with like-minded passionate people on delivering technology-based solutions to small businesses so that they may focus on their core business. In my position at FOS.net I am responsible for the day to day operations of the Support Department and also play a key role in developing and delivering our suite of managed services that are specifically tailored to the SMB market.
