About Nick Barber

With over seven years of experience as a senior geotechnician, I have developed strong skills in geology, drilling, and geological mapping. I have applied these skills to create and maintain databases, cross-sections, maps, and reports for multiple basins and wells, working closely with reservoir engineering and asset development teams. I have also completed a master's degree in cybersecurity, earning a CompTIA Security+ certification. I am passionate about learning new technologies and enhancing the security and efficiency of the oil and gas industry. I am currently working at Caerus Oil and Gas LLC, where I assist in the planning and permitting of pads and development strategies, as well as picking prog tops, verifying directional plans, and building pressure profiles. I am self-sufficient, adaptable, and collaborative, and I take pride in my communication skills.
