As a Commercial Advisor to Galytix (GX), I help drive digital innovation and transformative growth for clients across the financial sector, leveraging over 25 years of executive experience with global financial institutions. With a proven track record as Director General of Group Corporate Services, Group Chief Compliance Officer, and Director for Regulation and Group Risk at the European Investment Bank Group, I have partnered closely with Boards and Management Committees to lead high-impact teams, manage multi-million EUR budgets, and deliver results across the organisation with a particular focus on risk and compliance. Notable leadership achievements include steering the EIB Group’s digital transformation, overseeing major real estate projects, implementing workplace reform, and developing enterprise-wide security and safety programs. I led the Compliance Transformation Programme, focusing on non-financial risk management, and oversaw capital management, stress testing, and risk analytics through industry-defining milestones; from Brexit negotiations to BCBS239 implementation. I am deeply committed to multilateral development and passionate about harnessing technology to elevate both customer and employee experiences.
