About Nick Baska

Throughout my post high school career, I have worked for AJ Manufacturing where I learned basic use of tools, operating machinery, and the manufacturing process of building stainless steel air diffusers. While I was working at AJ Manufacturing, I attended Johnson County Community College where I obtained a degree in Administration of Justice and I was involved in a religious organization called Saint Paul's Outreach, where I had some small group leadership, and music leadership roles. After I was accepted to The University of Kansas and started studying business administration. During my second semester, I started working for Titan Protection and Consulting as an armed security officer. I learned more comprehensive firearms training, some hand to hand self defense, situational training, and basic security skills. I was able to obtain a private security license for Topeka, Kansas and an armed security license for Kansas City, Missouri after I passed the firearms test. At the start of my second year at Kansas, I applied and was hired as Firearm Customer Service at Scheels in Overland Park. I have learned how to run the FBI's NICS background check program and the 4473 forms. I am now studying Sociology with a Minor in Business at the University of Kansas.
