As the Chief Financial & Support Services Officer at Transguard Group, the largest business support services provider in the Middle East, I oversee the Finance, ICT, Legal, HR, Transformation, Onboarding and the Marketing & CSR functions of a group that operates in multiple sectors, including cash services, security services, manpower services, integrated facility services, aviation services, and workforce solutions. With over 20 years of experience in finance, corporate finance, and strategy, I have a proven track record of delivering results, driving growth, and increasing profitability in various businesses and industries. I am a qualified Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA), and I have extensive experience in developing and implementing financial controls and processes, as well as productivity improvements and change management. I have also successfully led and managed teams across finance, operations, sales, IT and human resources, demonstrating superior interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve complex issues and motivate staff to achieve peak performance. My mission is to provide strategic direction and leadership to Transguard Group and its stakeholders, and to contribute to the sustainable development and growth of the region.
