I’ve had the privilege of working across multiple departments, gaining a well-rounded perspective of power supply operations and field safety.I began my career in hydro power generation, spending 10 years building deep technical expertise in renewable energy systems, plant operations, and maintenance. I then transitioned to Training Coordinator for Power Supply, where I spent 3 years developing and leading targeted training programs to ensure operational excellence and compliance for generation personnel.Following that, I served as a Hydro Operations Supervisor for 2 years, overseeing daily plant activities, optimizing performance, and supporting a culture of accountability and collaboration.
