I’m an experienced Learning & Development leader with a passion for designing and delivering impactful training programmes. Over the years, I’ve worked across policing, higher education, and corporate sectors to create innovative, technology-driven learning solutions that improve performance and drive organisational change. Expertise in: Leadership development and competency-based training Digital learning and LMS implementation (Brightspace, Docebo, Moodle) Change management and strategic programme design Stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration In my most recent role as Curriculum Manager at Police Now, I led the Frontline Leadership Programme, equipping police officers with essential leadership skills. I also spearheaded the implementation of a new LMS, developed national-standard-aligned content, and introduced accessibility policies to ensure inclusive learning. With my background in law enforcement, instructional design, and digital transformation, I bring a unique perspective to Learning & Development. Whether delivering in-person training or leveraging digital tools for scale, I focus on making learning engaging, accessible, and results-driven. What’s next?
