About Nick Bristow

I am currently Vice President at LPT Realty prior to this I was Managing Broker of United Real Estate Dallas. I grew the firm from 300 agents to 780 in 40 months. Our agent production matches our growth, approaching 1 billion dollars in annual volume with a sharp rise in EBITDA that aligns with the growth. I am almost completed with my doctoral studies in Adult Education and Advanced Instructional Design. My focus is on studying developing trends in the industry, especially with online learning, leveraging AI and other technologies. The psychology of online education and how we maintain learner attention in a very distracted audience, Additionally how can programs provide true value in a world of increased access and educational inflation. I have decades of experience in the real estate industry both as an agent and a leader. I have both worked for and consulted with large investment firms about SFR portfolio building, management techniques etc. My depth in real estate is expert level with real world, real time experience I have been involved in various aspects of management since 1983 both as a reconnaissance marine for 4 years and US Army Special Operations for 8. I developed, trained, equipped and deployed forward operating teams to Africa, in conjunction with the UN, for Humanitarian Demining Operations and my area of expertise was in the public awareness sector. I was also the Arabic language interrogator/translator on my team. I sustained injuries in the line of duty and was medically retired after 12 years of service. My bachelor’s degree is a BAAS in Organizational Leadership from Texas A&M (Magna Cum Laude). The degree focuses on the structure of corporate leadership, leadership education and training, assessment of current companies, change management and process change/development. I also earned a Masters of Science from Texas A&M in Adult Training and Education which focuses on LMS learning platform development. I have utilized this education to increase agent production and program adoption through the creation of programs distributed through multiple modalities I will be completing my Doctorate program in September 2025. It is a doctorate in Educational Leadership and Advanced Instructional Design. My entire doctoral focus has been on creating the best training for real estate agents this industry has ever seen. It is a Passion I pursue relentlessly.
