About Nick Broussard

I have worked in customer service for the past 8 years, 3 in the retail sales/restaurant industry, and 5 years in the personal training/fitness industry. During that time I have faced many challenges that I have overcame and grown from each experience. My biggest struggle to date was my own personal weight; losing over 125LBS in less than a course of a year. This motivated me to leave the retail sales department and branch out into the fitness industry where I can use my own experience to help better improve others quality of life. Along with my extensive experience in sports training, my first job experience in this field was at 24 Hour Fitness as a Personal Trainer, where I worked with customers face to face, enjoyed the small amounts of time with every customer deepening their relationship to the gym, also making their training sessions a positive and enjoyable experience. In my time with the company, I was recognized by upper management for consistently hitting sales goals, increased session frequency which brought the gym more revenue, and always boosting team morale. Along with doing individual sessions, I also specialized in large group exercise classes, where I successfully trained and educated members on the importance of health, wellness, and team work. After many successful years working in a gym, I continued this attitude and started my own in-home personal training business; Nick Broussard Fitness. My experience being a lead Trainer had added to my supreme customer service skills. Regardless of the workload and fast pace of one person balancing over 50 clients at once, every person received sensational care and personalization during their visit.
