Regulatory experience includes MHRA, FDA, USDA, Home Office, EA, and HSE • Leading change, business transformation, transition and programme management, organisation development, developing vision, strategy, action plans, SLA’s, KPI’s and metrics. • Building and developing high performing management teams, team leadership, colleague engagement, stakeholder and customer relationship management. • Continuous Improvement processes using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies • Management of substantial O&M and Capital budgets, Energy, Projects, Contractors and Suppliers • Energy and Sustainability Management • High level analytical skills, comfortable with analysing complex information and acting on it • Commercially astute and comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical/operational level
