Accountable for the management and delivery of building services engineering best practice & statutory compliance, across Nationwide's UK premises portfolio. Appointed as the Technical Authority for estate wide building services resilience and asset lifecycle management (including associated change programmes). Committed to innovating and driving continuous improvement at pace. Driven to provide safe, sustainable and effective solutions via the competent management of budgets, people, plant and process. Capable of preparing detailed reports for an executive audience. Capable of articulating complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
